FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
public interest and convenience: require that said City should purchase a Ford auto-
mobile of the type desf~ated as Fo~d Truck Hydraulic' Dump--Body of heawy, one-piece,
high carbon steel construction. Heavy duty hydraulic hoist. May be locked at any
angle. One 131 1/2"~ chassis. Load spacer Length, 84"; Width, 66"; Depth 12 5/8"
with 32 x 6 Heavy Duty. ~oodyear High Pressure Tires all around and Dual Rear Wheels.

The bidder to whom the contract will be awarded for such Ford
automobile sh~ll purchase of said City of South San Francisco the Chevrolet truck now
owned by said City of South San Franc isco and used in street cleaning work in said
City. and the sum of money offered for said Chevrolet truck s~ll be applied upon the
purchase price for the Ford automobile to be acquired.
The City Clerk of sai~ City of South Sa~ Francisco is hereby direct-
ed to publish for two weeks in "~he ~nterprise and The South San Francisco journal..
a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in said City of South :~u
Francisco. the following notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for such Ford auto-
mob ils:
