REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO
PREPARE AND EXECUTE PURCHASE DOCUMENTS AND A
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE FOR ACQUISITION OF 432 BADEN
AVENUE AND DIRECTING THE CLERK TO RECORD THE GRANT
DEED
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco desires to purchase that
improved real property commonly known as 432 Baden Avenue and/or 429 Third
Lane, South San Francisco.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency o~ the City of South San
Francisco, all purchase documents and the certificate of acceptance for the
grant deed for acquisition of that improved real property commonly known as
432 Baden Avenue and/or 429 Third Lane, South San Francisco; and
2. The Clerk is directed to record the grant deed for the property's
acquisition.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at
