l~es, and public places ~d o~er city pro~rty, ~e e~n~, as disclosed
by such utilities to the Ral~o~ Co~lse~on of C~if~nia, and such :o~er
so. cee of ~fo~ation as my be necessary and proper, for the p~e of
securing for said city the ~nts ~om such utilities to which said city
~y be leagally entitled for ~e ~e ~ occupation of its streets, alle~,
lanee and public 'places a~ O~er public prOPerty, but excl~ive of the pay-
men~s which said city is now no.ally receivi~ without question or objection
from the utilities for ~ch ~e ~d also exclusive of the ~ents which any
