~w~w~2 the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did,
in open session, on the 5th day of July, 1932, duly open all sealed bids for fur-
nishing said City With a Ford automobile truck'and'the' purchase from said city of
the Chevrolet ,truck now owned by said city;
RESOLVED by the City Council of said City that all said bide, except
that next hereinafter mentioned, be, and the same hereby are rejected and that said
Cit[ Co.uncil hereby awards the contract to purchase said Ford truck and sale of said
Chevrolet truck to Fred J, Lautze for the net combined price of liine ~i~dred and ,
Fort3r-seven and ~0/100 Dollars, said price to be the price to be paid by said city
for said Ford truck after deducting the sale price of said Chevrolet truck.
The Mayor of said City amd the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed, in the name of said City to execute all documents necessary to effect the
purchase of said Ford truck and to effect the sale of said Chevrolet ~ruck.
