REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT 97-1 ADDING
$434,000 TO THE LAND ACQUISITION ACCOUNT FOR THE
DOWNTOWN CmNTR~?. PROJmCT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Downtown Central Redevelopment Project 1996/97 budget
provided $725,000 for land acquisition; and
WHEREAS, additional costs for acquisition of 616 Linden Avenue will
amount to $352,000;
WHEREAS, $805,000 has already been allocated for the acquisition of 200
Linden Avenue and 432 Baden Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of South San
Francisco that it hereby approves Budget Amendment 97-1 to add $434,000 to the
land acquisition account for the Downtown Central Project budget with funding
from the undesignated fund balance of the Downtown Central Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of March , 1997 by the
following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin and
Chairman Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Boardmembers John R. Penna and Robert Yee
