REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH THE SEDWAY GROUP FOR A
MARKET ANALYSIS OF KEY SITES IN THE EL CAMINO
CORRIDOR
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency Board desires to conduct a market analysis of certain key
sites in the El Camino Corridor; and
WI-IEREA, the Sedway Group, the economic sub-consultant on the update of the City's General
Plan, has agreed to perform such an analysis; and
WHEREAS, the intent is that any work completed under this contract will included as part of the
economic development portion of the General Plan Up-date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the Executive Director to execute a Contractual Services
Agreement with The Sedway Group in the amount of $12,500 for a Market Analysis of key sites in the E1
Camino Corridor.
