AND M~ATERIAL IN THE CON~TRUCTION OF AN ELECTRIC SIGN,
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the President of said City Council and the City Clerk be, and they hereby are author-
ized and directed in the name of said City of South San Francisco and under the seal
of said City to execute and post on the land hereinafter described, a notice of non-
responsibility, pursuant to the provisions of Section l192.~of the Code of Civil
Procedure of the State of California, f~r ~ny labor or material which may be used in
the construction of an electric sign on the land hereinafter described, by reason of
that certain lease dated April 18th, 1932, between said City of South ~an Francisco,
as lessor, and G. H. Thomson, as lessee, or otherwise.
The land hereinbefore referred to is all that certain tract or parcel
of land situate in the City of South San Francisco. County of San Mateo, State of
California, and described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point which is distant north 26?0
feet and west 2~?.OS feet from the intersection of
the c enterline of Grand Avenue with the centerline
of Spruce Avenue, as said Avenues are shown on that
certain map entitled "Bouth San Francisco, Plat No.
1" filed for record March i, 1892, in Volume 2 of
~aps at page SY, San Mateo County !~ecords;
RUNNING TH~CE from said p. oint of beginning north
8S° 00' West 6~3,68 feet, thence north S° 00'
east 163.91 feet; thence south 79° 48' east
242.80 feet~ thence south ?lo 31' east 3§9.20 feet
and south 31° 12' 48" East ?2,0? feet to the point
of beginning.
CONTAINING 1.679 acres and being a portion of the
Burl Buri Rancho.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly lnSroduced~
and adopted by the City Council of the~Ci~y of ~outh San Francisco~ this l~th day of
December. 1932. by the following vote:
