RE~OLVED by the City Council of the City of ~outh San Francisco that eon-
sent be and the same hereby is given to G. H. THOM~ON to assign to South San Fran-
cisco Sign Company, a corporation, all the right, title and interest of said
G. H. THOMSON, as lessee, in that cer,tain le~se dated the 18th d~y of April. 19~2,
wherein said City of ,South San Fr~mcisco does lease, let and demise unto said
G. H. TH01~SON s!l that certain real property situate in the City of South San Fran-
cisco, County of San Mateo, Sta,te of California. and particularly described as l'ollows,
