RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San :~'rancisco that
the certain deed wh'erein ~IE.RP.A AND SAN FRANti3C0 P0%W~ZR COMPANY, a California
coproration, dated ~iarch IZth, 19S3, co:mveys to said CiTY OF SOOTH [;_AN FRAN-
CISC0, an easement in the land hereinafter described for highway purposes
be, and the same hereby is acceI~ted.
The land heretnbefor6 referred to is all that certain tract or parcel
of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, CoUnty of San Mateo, State
of California, and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the northerly corporate
boundary line of the City of South San Francisco
fron which a railroad spike in a larEe rock mark-
ing the angle point dest~onated "l~I" u~on that cer-
l~in map entitled "Map of.a Survey Made for P. e.
Iler," etc., recorded in the office of the County
Y~ecorder of said Ran ~iateo County in Book E of ~iaps
at page 79, bears south 690 ~6' 44" east 220.50

east along the easterly boundary line of the par-
cel of land described as Parcel Z in the deed to
