CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS PROM ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1st DAY
19~3 and ENDING ON THE 30th DAY 0F JUNE, 19~.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of SOUth San ~raucisco sitting as
a Board of Equalization, that the assessment roll for the fiscal Year commencing
July 1, 19~3, and ending'on June,30, 19~4, as submitted by the assessor of said
city, be modified as folloss:
That the assessment in the amount of $1000.00 for improvements on the
property of American Brake Shoe Company area 4.118 acres; be eliminated and stricken
from said assessment roll;
That the assessment in~ the amount of $400.00 for improvemmts on the
Property of ]~. and M. Castiglio, on their .661 acre tract, be eliminated and
stricken from said assessment roll;
That the assessments in the amounts of $400.00 aud $490.00 on the property
of said L. and M. Castiglio described as .249 acre and .496 acre tracts be elimin-
ated and stricken from said assessment roll as duplicate assessments;
That the assessment in the amount of $1500.00 against the Morris property
on tracts designated as 1.136 and .108 acres, situated in Zone I of the Map, this
day adopted by said City Council, be eliminated and stricken from said assessment
roll as duplicate assessments;
That the assessment against the property of A. Z? Pietronave, situate
in Zone A, as shown on said'm~p, be so modified that the area be designated as
2.748 acres and that the assessment against said land be $2?50 and that the
improvements on said laud be assessed at SI100.00;
That the land situate in said Zone A of said map assessed to S. and
M. Rosaia, be designated as 3.58 acres in area and that the same be assessed
at $~600.00;
That the assessment for improvements in the amount of SAO0.00 against
the property of P. ~d M. Uccelli, h~ving an area of .321 of an acre and
situate in'said Zone A, be eliminated and stricken from said assessment roll;
That the assessment for improvements in the amount of $420.00 against
the property assessed to S. and A. Grondona on ~ot 2, Block 9?, Martin's Sub-
division, the .assessment for improvements in the amount of $200.00 on the
property assessed to Fagundez, Lot 1I in Block 97, and the assessment in the
amount of $500.00 for improvements on the property assessed to Gantenbein, on
the portion of lots 15 and 15 in bloCk 115, be eliminated and stricken from
said assessment roll~
That the assessment in the amount of $1250.00 for improvements on
the property of James Graterola, lots 2) and 21 in Block 147, be eliminated
and stricken from said assessment roll as a duplicate assessment~
That the assessment in the amount of $600.00 against the Borzano
property, lots 9, 10 and 12, Map of Town of Baden, be eliminated ~d stricken
from said assessment roll as a duplicate assessment;
The City Clerk, as ex-officio Clerk of the Board of Equalization,
is hereby directed to make all such entries in said assessment roll as are
necessary to make said assessment roll comply with the provisions of this
resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco,
sitting as a Board of Equalization on the 5th day of September, 1933, by the
following vote:
