EQUAliZATION, REDUCING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS SHOWN
ON THE ASSESSMENT ROI~ 0~ SAID 0ITY ~0R THE ~IS-
CAL YEAR COMMENOING ON TEE 1st day of JU~Y, 1955,
AND ENDING ON TEE 50th day of J~NE, 19~Ae
RESOLVED by the City Council of' South San Erancisco, sitting as a
Board of Equalization, that the respective assessments for the fiscal year
commencing on the 1st day of July, 1933, and ending on the 30th day of June,
1934, on the real property hereinafter mentioned be, and the same hereby are
reduced as hereinafter indicated:

The reduction in valuation of said Lot 29 in Block 140 is made only
with reference to the improvements thereon.
· The property of said Growers' Rice Milling Company is situate in
Zone I of the map hereinafter mentioned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that the assessed valua-
tion of the land and improvements owned by Swift and Co., and hereinafter
referred to, be, and the same is hereby reduced from $491,550.00 to $415,550.00.
The land last hereinbefore referred to is situate in the City of South Sau ~ran-
cisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and referred to as follows$
t o-wit:
Parcel I 1.74 acres from $2500.00 to $1900.00
Parcel II 1.087 acres from $1500.00 to $ 450.00
Parcel III 10.587 acres from $24,~50.00 to $14,000.00
Improvements on the-ab, ore mentioned Parcel I of land are hereby
reduced from $5000.0~0 to $5900..00, on Parcel III improvements are hereby reduced
from $255,000.00 to $250,000.00, and the improvements on Parcel II are increased
from $5100.00 to $5500.00. '
The land hereinbefore referred to is situate in Zones H and I on the
map heretofore adopted by said City Council on the 5th day of September, 19~.
The clerk is hereby directed to enter, in red ink, in said assessment
roll all the changes provided for in this resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco, sitting
as a Board of Equalization, this 5th day of September, 19~, by the following
