REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RE~OLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO BORROW
$300,000 FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO FUND THE
PREPARATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND THE NECESSARY
ACQUISITIONS ACTIVITIES FOR THE WIDENING OF A PORTION OF OYSTER
POINT ROUI.F. VARD
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the South San Francisco desires to arrange for the
preparation of contract documents for the widening of a portion of Oyster Point Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency requires a loan in the amount of $300,000 from the City
of South San Francisco to fund the costs associated with the preparation of contract documents and
acquisition of necessary right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco does hereby
authorize the obtaining of a loan from the City of South San Francisco in the amount of $300,000 with the
funds to be used for the preparation of contract documents for the widening of a portion of Oyster Point
Boulevard, and the acquisition costs associated with acquiring the necessary right-of-way.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a re[lu 1 ar' meeting held on the 9th
day of ^pr51 ,1997, by the following vote:
