the certain deed, dated December 4, 19J~, wherein South San Francisco Land and
Improvement Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
S~tate of California, conveys to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, as a right of way for a drainage canal, that certain tract or parcel
of land situate in the City of ~outh San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, and described as follows:
A strip of land fifty (50) feet in width, lying twenty-five
(25) feet on each side of the following described'center line;
BEGI~.~ING at a point that bears South 150 ~' West, along
the ~¥esterly line of Linden Avenue, 8?0.52 feet and North ?40
27' West, 1210 feet from the Southeasterly corner .of Block 122
as said Block is shown on Plat No. 2 Subdivision of Blocks 98,
99, ll9 and 122, South S~n Francisco, California, recorded in
Book "D" of Maps at page 62;. Official Records of San Mateo
County, California; said point being also 500 feet Easterly
at right angles, from the Easterly line of Spruce Avenue pro-
duced Southerly; thence from said point of b~ginntng North 74°
27,' West 2704.V5 feet to a point; thence Northwest~y on a
Curve to the right having a radius of 1000 feet, and tangent
to the last mentioned line at the last men. tioned point, 196.17
feet to a poin~t on the easterly line of Orange Avenue which
point bears South l~° JB' West 105.~4 feet and South ~6° 06'
· ~6" ~est ?96.65 feet from the Southwesterly corner of Block 98
as said Block is shown on the above mentioned map,
be, and the same hereby is accepted.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to a copy of this re-
solution and tQ file said deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution,
for record with the County Recorder of said County of ~an Mateo.
