TO CIVIZ WORE~ AD~INISTRATION PROJECTS.
RE$0ZVED by the City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco that
R. A. Klassen be, and he hereby is appointed to act as the agent of said City
in all matters pertaining to the Civil Works Administration projects to be
carried on within said City and that all acts performed by said R. A. Klassen
with respect to any any all Civil Works administration projects carried on in
said City since the ~Tth day of November, 19~B, be, and the same hereby are
ratified and approved.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the Gity Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 19th day of ~arch, 19S&, by the following vote:
