RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco that the certain
deed, dated the ~gth day of February, 19~, wherein South 3au Francisco Land and
Improvement Company, a corporation organized and e~isting under the laws of the State
of California, conveys to the City~ of South San Francisco,. a municip'al corporation
in the County of S~n Eateo, State of C~lifornia, all that certain tract or parcel
of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San I,~teo, State of Calif-
ornia, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of that certain twenty acre tract, conveyed
by ~outh ~an Francisco Land and Improvement Company to the City of ~outh ~an Francisco~
by deed recorded },~ay l, 19E~, in Volume 1~9 of 0~£icial Records or.San ~teo County at
page 46E. Rurming thence from s~id point of beginning along the westerly boundary of
said twenty acre tract North Z60 06' Z6" East 10~6,E~ feet to the northwesterly corner
thereof; said point being distant 40 feet at right angles southerly from the southerly
line of the right of way of the 3outhern Pacific Company ~Baden Brauch); thence parallel
with and distant 40 feet a~ right angles southerly from said right of way North 74° ~7'
west Z19.70 feet; thence on the arc of a curve to 'the left having a radius of 1081 feet,
a distance of ~4E.14 feet; thenCe 3outh l~° SZ' West 909.98 feet to a point distant 40
feet at right an.~les norhterly from the northerly line of the Southern Pacific right of
way ~Valencia Street Branchl; thence South ~o ~9' lO" East 178 feet to the point of
beginning.
CONT~INING ~.84 acres.
Reserving an easement 50 feet in width for the construction of a drainage canal
lying 25 feet on each side of the following described centerline: beinninE at a point
distant South ~6° 06' ~6" West 561.79 feet from the northeasterly corner of the above
described parcel of land; rurn~ir~F thence north 59o 39' 57" West ~55 feet more or less
to a point in the westerly boundary line of sa~.d ?arcel.

The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed, to~ether with a copy
