REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
MURAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
JOHN PUGH TO COMPLETE THE MURAL PROJECT AT
THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO GRAND AVENUE
"I~RF, EZF, WAY"- 321 AND 329 GRAND AVF, NUF~
WHEREAS, City staff and the Executive Director recommend the completion of the mural project
at the Grand Avenue Breezeway; and
WHEREAS, an artist has been selected through a design competition to do the mural project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Francisco that the Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute the Mural Agreement between
the City of South San Francisco and John Pugh. A copy of the Mural Agreement is on file in the Office of
the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regu l ar meeting held on the 14th
__ day of May , 1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee and Chairman Joseph A. Fernekes
