WI~S the~ Board of TrUStees of the City of South' San Francisco did, on the 29th day of May, 1922, pass its resolution of intention No.46 to order improve- ments to be made on Randolph Avenue, Chapman Avenue, Green Avenue and Gardiner Avenue, in said City of South San Francisco under the provisions of the Improve- ment Act of 1911, approved April 7, 1911, and WHEREAS the improvements provided for in said resolution of intention were afterwards performed and an assessment for said work was made by the Superintendent of Streets of said City of South S~ Francisco; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, approved June ll, 19t5, bonds were issued to represent the assessments unpaid rudder the above mentioned assessment, which bonds were designated series H and are dated May 21, 1923; and WHEREAS the bonds next hereinafter designated have become due and .are unpaid and the amount of money on hand in the fUnd for the payment of said bonds is One Hundred and Ninety-one and 50/100 Dollars ($191.50). referred to are designated as follows: The bonds last hereinbefore Series No. Amonnt Date Due Date H 25 $1,000.00 May 21, 1923 July 2, 1932 H 28 $1,000.00 May 21, 1923 July 2, 1933 H 29 $ 500.00 May 21, 1923 July 2, 1933 H 30 $ 295.04 May 21, 1923 July 2, 1933. and WHEREAS interest due upon said bonds amounts to Two Hundred and Eighty-four and 12/100 Dollars ($284.12 ~; and WHEREAS the Bank of South San Francisco is now the owner and holder of the bonds last hereinbefore mentioned and has requested payment thereo~. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco that said City of South S~ Francisco pay to said Bsn~ of South San Francisco the sum of Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-sev~n and 66/100 Dollars ($2887.66) for the purpose of paying said bonds and the amount of interest accrued thereon in full. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o- ~ I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regttlarly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 6th d~ of August, 1934, by the following vote:.
