RESOLUTION DIRECTING PAYMENT
OF BONI~S 8 ~ 9,SERIES "K'
Whereas the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco did, On the llth,day
of February,19~4, pass its resolution of intention, No.55 to order the improvement~ of'
a portion of the alley between Grand Avenue and Ntllerivenue,a portion of the alley
between Grand Avenue and Baden Avenue, a portion of the alley between Baden Avenue and
Commercial AVenue, a portion'of the alley betwee~ Commercial Avenue and Railroad Avenue,
a portion of the alley between California Avenue and Lux Avenue and a portion of tl~all
alley between Lux A~enue and Miller Av~e, in saod City of South San Francisco, as said'
thoroughfares were then designated, all as in said resolution of intention set forth,
hnder the provisions of the Improvement Act, 1911,, approved April ?th,1911; and
Whereas the improvements provided for in said rezolution of intention were
afterwards, performed and an assessment for said work ~as made by the Superintendent of
Streets of said City of South Sau Francisco; and
Whereas,,pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915,approved
June ll,1915, bonds were issued to represent the assessments unpaid under the above
mentioned assessment,which bonds were designated Series "K" and'are dated February 16,
.1925; and
Whereas the bonds next hereinafter designated have ~become due and are unpaid
and the amount of money on hand in the fund for the payment of siad bonds is now Eleven
and 44/100 Dollarsl$11.44).
The bonds last hereinbefore referred to are designated as follows;

Whereas interest due upon saiA bonds to this date amounts to Seven and 88/100 ~
Dollars, ($~.88); and
Whereas the Bank of Sou~h San ~rancisco is now the owner and holder of the bOn~$
last hereinbefore mentione~ and has requested payment thereof.
Resolved by the city council of the City of South Sah Francisco that said City oi
South San Francisco pay to said_Bank o~ ~outh San Francisco the sum of SEight Hundred and
Forty-one and ?O/100 Dollars
amount of interest accrued thereon in full.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by ~he City Council cT South San Francisco,this 20th day of August,1954,by the
following vote;-
Ayes, Councilmen, M. Minucciani,R.Tibbetts, Joseph P.Quinlan.
Noes, Councilman,None.
Absent, Councilmen,V.Boido and Reese Lloyd.
