REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACTUAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
SYSTEMS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco, the First Amendment to the Contractual
Services Agreement with Economic Developmem Systems.
