PEP~,~ISSION TO BLAST ON CONDITIONS.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that permission be, and the same is hereby given to Piombo Bros. &
Company to conduct excavation work. Ail blasting work and the storage
of all materials to be used in blasting work shall be done under the
supervision and direction of the Chief of the Fire Department of said
City. This permit shall not become effective unless the City Attorney
shall approve the bonds to be given for the protection of persons and
property within the portion of said City in which said excavation work
is to be done.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco this 24th day of October, 19~, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen, R. Lloyd, M. Minucciani, R. Tibbetts,
Jos. P. Quinlan.
Noes, Council~men, None.
Absent, Councilman, V. Boido.
