Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San
~raucisce that George B. Scheer be, and he hereby is employed
by the City o£ South San Francisco te assemble all materiai
dealing with the production and consumption of electric current,
which material has been heretofore collected by said George B.
Scheer and the Chamber of Con~nerce of South San ~ranciscc, and
to compile therefrom an engineering report as to the feasibility
Of installing a municipally owned electric generation plant and
distributing system in the City
domestic and manufacturing purposes. Said George B, ~cheer
shall pay a~l expenses in connection with the preparation of said
report. On the comple~ion and filing of said report, said City of
South San Francisco shall pay to said George B. $cheer the sum ef
Two Hundred and ~ifty Dollars
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, this ~gth day of October, 19~4, by the following vote:
