IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ~R THE PURPOSE 0F MANUFACTURING E~OM GAR-
BAGE CERTAIN PRODUCTS.
WHEREAS J. F. PUTTAERT and ALE~ED JOHNSON have proposed to cause a plant
to be erected in South San Francisco for the purpose of manufacturing from garbage
certain comercial products, and preliminary plans have been prepared for such a
plant; and ~
WHEREAS such an industry, if located in this city, will be beneficial to
th is co nmnni ty;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that this
city Council hereby approves a plant of the type proposed to be constructed for
such purpose, and hereby signifies its willingness to cause a building permit to be
issued for the construction of all buildings necessary for such pla~t, when
application shall have been made therefor in accordance with the ordinance of the
City of South San Francisco governing the issuauce of building permits.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 16th day
of February, 19J~, by the following vote:
