TI-~E CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION
TO 5~E WORKS PROGRESS AD~INISTRATION FOR
ASSISTANCE IN THE I~PROVE~NT OF COLS~A
CREEK AND BADEN CREEK.
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of June, 1935, the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco adopted a resolution entitled "A resolution of the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco authorizing the execution of an agreement between the
City of South San Francisco and the County of San ~[ateo with respect to Colma Creek
and Baden Creek", which resolution was amended by a resolution adopted by said Oity
Council on the 18th day of July, 1935; and
~VHEREAS, on the 18th day of July, 1935, the Board of Supervisors of the County
of San Mateo adopted a certain resolution entitled "A resolution of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Mateo authorizing the execution of an agreement
between the County of San Mateo and the City of South San Francisco with respect to
Colma Creek and Baden Creek"; and
WHEREAS said Board of Supervisors agreed, in said last mentioned resolution, to
appropriate and make available funds for the share of said work and imProvement, so
assumed by said County of San Mateo, in an amount not exceeding $2~,000.00, to be used
as needed, and agreed, in said resolution, to take any and all steps necessary to give
effect to said resolution.
RESOLVED BY THE CItY COUNCIL of the City of South San Francisco that said City
of South San Francisco sponsor said project and that the City Clerk of the said City
be, and he is hereby authorized and directed, in behalf of said City of South
San Francisco, to execute the application required to be made by the Works Progress
Administration for such sum of money as said Works Progress Administration may devote
to said project.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of July,
19Z~, by the following vote:
