WHEREAS, on the 15th day of July, 1955, the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco adopted a certain resolution entitled "A resolution of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco authorizing the execution of an agreement between
the City of South San ~a~ cisco and the County of San Mateo with respect to Colma Creek
and Baden Creek"; and
WHEREAS on the 18th day of July, 1935, the Board of Supervisors of the County of
San Mateo, adopted a certain resolution entitled "A resolution of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Mateo authorizing the execution of an agreement
between the County of San Mateo and the City of South San Francisco with respect to
Colma Creek and Baden Creek"; and
WHEREAS the adoption of said last mentioned resolution makes a change in the
procedure set forth in said first mentioned resolution advisable;
NOW, THEHEFOHE, RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said first mentioned resolution be amended as follows:
The paragraph numbered three of said resolution shall, as amended read as
follows:
3. A fund to be known as "Colma Creek Drainage Fund" is hereby created and the
sum of $3000.00 is hereby appropriated and allocated to said fund. Disbursements from
said sum of $3000.00 shall be made in the manner provided by law, ford emands properly
chargeable and pertaining to the work as indicated in the plans and specifications.
Paragraphs numbered 4 and 5 of said resolutions are hereby repealed.

I hereb~ certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by' the Cit~~ Council of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of July,
1935, by the following vote:
