that said city provide and make available the sum of Six Hundred and Eighty-five
Dollars for grading of sidewalk area and construction of 1500 lineal feet of
Macadam sidewalk in front of Orange Avenue in said City and that the City Clerk
be, and he hereby is authorized to sign the sponsoring certificate to the Proposal
to be made to the Works Progress Administration for said worke
