REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH SATTERFIELD
AND COMPANY, VALLEY CREST TREE AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO PREPARE AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF 225 MAGNOLIA TREES IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $131,155.52 RELATED TO THE AIRPORT
BOULEVARD LANDSCAPE AND STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
AND APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT (RDA 98-1) TO ADD
$248,000 IN STATE GRANT PROCEEDS TO THE 1997-98
DOWNTOWN CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency desires to construct landscape and streetscape improvement
along Airport Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby approves contracts with Satterfield and Company and Valley Crest Tree and
authorizes the City Manager to prepare and execute an agreement for the purchase of 225 Magnolia trees in
amount not to exceed $131,155.52 related to the Airport Boulevard landscape and streetscape improvements
and approving a budget amendment (RDA 98-1) to add $248,000 in state grant proceeds to the 1997-98
Downtown Central Redevelopment Budget.
