RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION O~ LICENSE
AGREEI~ANT WITH S0~TH~RN
PACIFIC COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the ~ayor of
said city and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized an~ directed,in the name of said
city and under its corporate seal, to execute an agreement between the City of South San Francisco
and the Southern Pacific Company, a corporation, wherein said Southern Pacific Company will
permit said ~ity of South San ~rancisco to construct, reconstruct, maintain and o~erate a thirty-
six inch corrugated i~on culvert pipe for conveying drainage across and through the right cf way
of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, where Eucalyptus Avenue, if prolonged southerly, would
intersect the Baden Branch of the Southern Pacific ~ailroad COmpany,in said City of South San
Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 12th day of August,19Z~,by the
following vote;-
