City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized, in behalf of said city to execute a
certificate to a project proposal to the Works Progress Administration to the
effect that the contributions specified in the proposal to be made to said Works
Progress Administration for deepening the channel of Colma Creek at the inter-
section thereof with Linden Avenue and the construction of a bridge over said channel
in Linden Avenue, will be available for the prosecution of said project.
