OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WITH THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC
LINDEN AVENUE CROSSING
FOR SEWER.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city
enter into an agreement with Southern Pacific Company for the construction,reconstruction,
maintenance, and operation of an 18 inch cast iron sewer pipe, to be encased in a 26 inch
pipe across and through the right of way of the Bay Shore line of said Southern Pacific
Company in said city.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in the name of
said city and under its corporate seal, to execute the agreement hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this l0 th day of September, 1935, by
the following vote;-
Ayes, Councilmen, V.Boido, J.F.Mager, M.Minucciani,R.Tibbetts.
Noes, Councilmen, None.
Absent, Councilmen, Reese Lloyd.
