CONVEYS TO SAID CITY OF SOUTH SAN FHANCISC0 AN
EASEMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSTRUCTING A SEWER LINE FOR GENERAL SEWAGE USES.
RESOLVED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that that
certain deed dated the 18thday of October, 1935, wherein E. I. du PONT de NEMOURS AND
COMPANY, a corporation, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Delaware, conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement of right of
way for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating, repairing, replacing
and removing a sewer line for general sewage uses in and through, the land hereinafter
described be, and the ssme hereby is accepted. The land t~ reinbefore referred consists
of all that certain parcel or tract of land situate in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows,to-wit:
All that parcel or piece of land ten (10) feet in
width lying five (5) feet on each side of the following
described center line:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Linden
Avenue, as extended Southwesterly frcm Linden Avenue as shown
on "Plat No. 2 Subdivision of Blocks 98, 99, ll9, 122 South
San Francisco", filed in Book 3 of Maps at page 4, San Mateo
County Records, from which point a concrete monument marking
the beginning of a curve in said line bears South 15o 33'
West along, said line 221.93 feet distant, said monument being
Westerly and Northerly along said line 5V0 feet distant more
or less from its intersection with the Westerly line of
Dollar Avenue as conveyed to City of South San Francisco by
Deed recorded in Book 275 of Deeds, at Page 44, San Mateo
County Records; thence North 74o 27' west 225 feet to the
Easterly line of the Southern Pacific Company's right-of-way
for spur track as s aid right-of-way is described in deed
recorded in Book 292 of Official Records at page 449,
San Mateo County Records.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 25th day of
November, 1935, by the following vote:
