SITUATE IN THE CITY OF S~UTH SAN FHANCISC0
IS HEREBY ACCEPTED.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco t hat the
permit for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer over, under and across
the land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, and designated as that certain tract of land designated as Parcel No. 26 in
that certain dee~ from Spring Valley ~ater Company to the City and County of San Francisco,
dated March 3, 1930 and recorded on the same date in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo in Volume 491 of Official Records at page 1 et seq., which permit
is contained in Resolution No. 989 adopted by t he Public Utilities Commission of the City
and County of San Francisco on the 10th day of September, 1935, be and the same hereby
is accepted.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
