SEWER CONSTRUCTION
C0~iPANY.
RESOLVED~ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the }~ayor and City Clerk of eity be,and they are ~hereby authorized,
in behalf of said City of South San Francisco, to execute with Oakland
Sewer Construction Company., who are a copartnership consisting of Frank
~ouza,.~ntonio Souza, I~anuel Souza and ~{.H.Harkins, doing business under
that name, the contract awarded by said City Council to said
copartnetship,on the 18th day of November,1935.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
this 2nd. day of December, ~9~5, by the followin~· vote;
