RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING E~ECUTION OF LIMITED
LEASE WITH SOUTHERN ~ PACIFIC COMPANY.
resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
Mayor of said city and the City Clerk, be and they hereby are authorized and
directed, in the corporate name of said City of South San Francisco and under
its corporate seal~ to execute with Southern Pacific Company, a co, potation, an
agreement wherein said Southern Pacific Company will permit said City of 'South
San Francisco to stc~e fill material on a portion of a right of way of the Ba~shore
line of said Southern Pacific Company in said City of South San Francisco.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 6th day
of January, 1936, by the following vote:
