RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that that certain resmlution passed by the City Council on the ?th day of
August, 19~, in which said City Council directed the publication of a
notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for furnishing equipment and
labor to the City of ~outh ~an Francisco to be used in the work of straighten-
ing and confining the oortion of Colma Creek and Baden Creek, shown upon the
plans adopted for said work by said City Council. on the 8th day of Nay 19Z8,
be, and the same hereby is vacated and set aside.
