RE~ LVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco t hat the
offer made in behalf of Pal Flores to pay the City of South San Francisco One
Hundred and Eighty-nine and 50/100 Dollars (~189.50), on account of the ds~ges
done to the police automobile of said City of South San F~ancisco, through the
negligence of said Paul Flores, be, and the smue hereby is accepted.
The Nayor and City Clerk of South San Francisco are hereby s~uthorized
and directed, in behalf of said City of South San Francisco, to execute a document
releasing said Paul Flores from his obligations b~~ reason of the injury to said
police car, upon the pay~ent of said sum of One Huudred Eighty-nine and 50/100
Dollars (~189.50).

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South Sau Francisco, this 8th day of
