RE~0 LVED By the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
resolution, adopted on the 7th day of April, 1936, providing for the amendment of the
lease entered into by said City of South San Francisco and G. H. Thomson on the 18th day
of April, 193~, for the purpose of erectir~g, maintaining and operating an electric sign,
be, and the same .~..ereby is vacated and set aside.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of Nay,
