OFFICER TO SIGN PROJECT STAT~i',~]ENTS AND OTHER
PA~ERS PERTAINING TO STATE ~ CENT GAS TAX FUND
RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South San ~ancisco that the
Nayor of said city be, and he is hereby designated as the proper officer to sign
project statements and other papers pertaining to the State ~cent Gas Tax Fund, and
he is hereby authorized, in behalf of said city to sign such project statements and
other papers;
BE IT !~URT}~R RESOLVED that said city hereby authorizes the accumulation- of
funds to accrue under project statement No. 38-1 for expenditure at a later date.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day of Nay,
1958, by the following vote:
