OF WEEDS
WHE~S the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the
6th day of ~ay, 1936, pass its resolution of intention to abate the nuisance caused by
weeds growing upon the streets in said resolution of intention described; and
WHEREAS notices to destroy weeds have been conspicuoulsy posted in front
of all the property in front of which said weeds are growing, in the m_-nner and form
required by law, and more than five (5) days have alapsed since the completion of
the posting of said notices; and
WHEREAS no psrson has objected or protested*against the proposed re-
moval of said weeds;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the street superintendent of said city be, and he is hereby ordered to abate said
nuisance by having the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention removed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 1st day
of June, 1938, by the following vote:
