EXPENDITURE FROM STATE HIGHWAY FUND.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
Project Statement No. 36 -2, dated August 3, 1936, for expenditures to be
made during the ensuing fiscal year, pursuant to Section 203 of the Street ~d
Hig~ays Code, providing for the allocation and expenditure from the State
Highway Fund of an amount not less than the net proceeds of one-quarter cent
per gallon tax on motor vehicle fuel upon state highways within municipalities,
be, and the same hereby is approved. The Mayor of said city is hereby author-
ized and directed, in behalf of saic city, to execute said project statement.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 3rd day of August, 1986, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen D.W. Ratto, J. F. Mager, A. J. Esc helbach, M. Mtnucciani
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen V. Boido
