WHEREAS, this Council b}? Resolutio~ No. 9-~9 adopted NovembeF 25, 1935, granted permission
to the ~'~-

,~,~A~, it is desired that the location of the pipe li:ae in Parce~be a~mended as
follows:

feet from the most southerly corner of the G-rantor's 20 acre Park
Lot on Orange Avenue; running thence along the northwesterly side
of 0range Avenue north 35°59'10'' east 507.71 feet; thence north
25°08' east 35.44 feet to a point on the northwesterly line o~ Orange
Avenue; thence continuing north 25°08~ east 16.4f~ feet; thence north
35°59'10" east 40.54 feet; thence north 45o50'20" east 15.48 feet to
a point on said mortb~¢esterly line of 0range Avenue; thence continuin~
no~th 46°50.20" east 35.44 feet; thence north 35°59'10" east 574.87
feet to a point on the southwesterly boundary line of a 40 foot road-
wal? owned by South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company; said
last mentioned point bein.~ distant north V4°~9~20'' west 58.00 feet from
the northeast corner of said 20 acre Par~ Lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above de.scription be and is herebT? sub-
stitued for the description of Parcel 2 in said Resolution No. 9S9.
