RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
public interest and convenie~ce require that said city purchase a Dodge truck for
the use of said
The City Clerk of said cit~ is hereb~ directed to publish by two (~)
insertions, not less than five ($) days apart, in "The Enterprise and The South San
Francisco Journal", a newspaper of ~eneral circulation printed and p~bl~shed in the
said City of South San Francisco, the following notice inviting sealed proposals for
such automobile:

TRUCK TO T~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FR~[CISCO.
Sealed proposals will be received by the City ~ouncil of the City of South
San Francisco until 8:00 o'clock p. m. on ~.~[onday, the l~th day of October, 1~6, for
furnishin~ to said city one automobile truck desi?~nated as follows: Dodge 2 ton
truck L 4~ ~'~odel, I~G, ~th 1~1 inch wheelbase and dual rear wheels, having a Gar
~ood convertible two (~)' yard dump body, model No. C J 1, with hoist model D 7.
Delivery of such 6ruck shall be made within five (~) days after the contract, if
any, shall be awarded by said City Council.
Sealed proposals or bids will be delivered to the City Clerk on or before
8:00 o'clock p. m. on Monday, the 1.)th day of October, 19S~. Ail sealed proposals
or bids will be o:~ened by said City Council in public session on ~.[onday, the 19th
day of October, 19~6, at 8:00 o'clock p. m. in the Council Chamber of said City
Council. The Council hereby reserves the riuht to reject any and all bids.
