~'~{E ~REAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 19th
day of October, 1956, duly~open, examine and declare the only sealed proposal sub-
mitred for furnishing reinforced concrete storm wa~er sewer pipe in the said City of
South San Franci sec;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City Council does herebj? awar, d to CALIPORI~IA COI~CRE~E ?}{0DFCT~ CO., I}~C. the contract
for furnishing to said city such reinforced concrete storm water sewer pipe at the
unit prices contained in the bid of said California Concrete Products Ce., · Inc., to-wit:
S70 ft. 24" Dll~e to comply with A.S.T.M. Specifications C75-34T at $1.40
per lineal foot.
30 ft. ~4" pipe to comply ~'~ith A.S.T.M. Specifications C76-35T at ~l.~
per lineal feet.
All of Such reinfor~ced concrete storm water sewer pipe shall be furnished in
strict accordance with the specifications s. dopted for such pipe by said cit~ council
on the 23rd day of September, 1936.
The mayor o~ said city and the city clerk are hereby authorized and directed, i~
· the name of said City of South ~an Francisco and under its corporate seal, to enter into
& contract with said California Concrete Products Co., Inc. for furnishing said pipe to
said city.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the City ef South San ~rancisco, this 21 day of October,
1936, by the following vote:
