WHEREAS ths City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the
19th day of October, 19~8, publicly open, exa~-~ine and declare the only sealed proposal
submitted for furnishing to said city one ~l) automobile truck designated as follows:
Dodge ~. ton truck L ~6 Nodel, 19B8, v~ith lB1 inch wheelbase and dual rear wheels,
having a Gar ~ood convertible two I~ yard dump bod4~, model No, C J l, with hoist model
D ?;
P~ESOLVED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that said
city council does hereby award to LA ~AR'S ~AR.~C~ the contract for furnishing to said
city an automobile truck of the type hereinbefore designated, £or the sum of Eighteen
Hundred and Mighty-Five and ~O/lO0 Dollars ~$188~.~01. It is made a condition of
this award that said automobile truck shall be furnished to said city within five
days after the adoptio~ of this resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularl~ introduced and
adopted by the city council of the City of South San Francisco, this
19~8, by the follo~ving vote:
