RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City of South San Francisco enter into a license agreement with Southern Pacific
Company for the construction, reconstruction, maintenance and operation of an
eighteen (18) inch cast-iron sanitary sewer pipe c~ossing, for .the purpose of con-
veying sewage, across the right of way of the drill track of said Southern Pacific
Company connected with the premises of the E. I. du Pont de Nemours Company in said
City of South San Francisco.
The mayor of said city and the city clerk are hereby authorized and direct-
ed, in the name of said City of South Ssn Francisco and under its corporate seal,
to execute the agreement hereby authorized.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 2nd day
