COMPANY
Portion of Orange Avenue
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
deed, dated December .7, 1936, wherein South San Francisco Land & Improvement
Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of
California, conveys to said City of South San Francisco the land hereinafter de-
scribed, be, and the same hereby is accepted.
The laud hereinbefore referred to consists of all thos certain tracts
or parcels of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
PARCEL'0NE
BEGINNING At a point in the westerly line of Lot 20, Block 94, Map
of South San Francisco Plat No. l, filed for record March l, 1892, in Volume 2
of ~aps at page 52, San Mateo County Records, distant t~ereon N 15° 33' E 40.00
feet from the northerly line of Miller Avenue; running thence from said pdnt
of beginning N 15u 33' E 100.00 feet to the southerly line of the alley in said
Block 9~; thence along the south~rl~ line of said alley S V~° ~' E. ZS.~0 feet;
thence on the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 180.00 feet a distance
of 109.~8 feet, the chord of which curve bears S ~8o ~' 18" W 10~.05 feet to the
point of beginning. Being a portion of the above mentioned Lot B0~ Block 94.

point on the notherly line of Miller Avenue, distant thereon 13.00 feet easterly
from the easterly llne of Orange Avenue; thence along the ne~tl~l~y line of
Miller Avenue, distant thereon 13.00 feet easterly from the easterly line of
Orange Avenue; thence along the northerly line of Miller Avenue N. ~4o ~, W.
l~.00 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL THREE
Lot numbered 13 in Block numbered 94, as shown upon that certain map
entitled, "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co., Cal., Plat No. l", which map was
filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San~Mateo, California,
March l, 189~, and recorded in Map Book No. ~ at page 52.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 21st
