RESOLUTION OPPOSING REDUCTION OF NUMBER OF COURT
ROOMS AND OFFICES FOR JUSTICE'S COURT OF FIRST
TOWNSHIP, COUNTY OF SAN MATE0.
WHEREAS it has been suggested to the Board of Supervisors of the Cou nty of
Sa~ Mateo that only one court room and only one office be provided for th e use of
the Justice's Court of First Township, in said County of San Marco; and
WHEREAS, by reason of the exter~of the area of said First Township a_ud the size
amd location of the population thereof, public conwe~Lience is best served by two
cou~t rooms and two offices for the keeping of the records of said court;
~LESOLVED by the City Council of~ the City of South Sa~ Francisco that said
City Vouncil hereby oPPoses any reduction in the number of court rooms an d offices for
the use of said court.
