WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY ~OR CONSTRUCTION
OF DRAIN THROUGH VALENCIA LINE
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of So uth San Francisco
that said city enter into an agreement with Southern Pacific Company' a
corporation, for the construction reconstruction, maintenance and operation
of an eighteen (18) inch reinforced concrete pipe line through the property
of said Southern Pacific Company near Baden Station, in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California.
The Mayor of said city and the city clerk are hereby authorized
and directed, in the name of said City of South Sm~ Francisco and under its
corporate seal to exe cute said agreement.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
this 25rd day of March, 195V, by the following vote:
