RESOLUTION AWARDING CO~TRACT FOR
FURNISHING REINFORCED CONCRETE
SEWER PIPE TO TEE CITY 0F SOUTH
SAN FRANC I~CO.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open
session, on the 5th day of Apr~l~ 193~ publicly open, examine and declare the
only bid or proposal submitted for ~mrnishing reinforced concrete sewer pipe to
the City of South San Francisco;
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San F~ancisco t hat said
City Council does hereby award to California Concrete Products Co., Inc. the con-
tract for furbishing to said city such reinforced concrete sewer pipe at the
unit prices contained in the bid of said California Concrete Products Co., Inc.,
t o-wit:
18 inch diamete~ reinforced coflcr~te sewer
pipe, One and 48/100 Dollars ($1.48) per
lineal foot;
18 inch diameter reinforced concrete culvert
pipe One and 80/100 Dollars ($1.80)per line-
al foot.
All such reinforced concrete pipe shall be furnished in strict accord-
anco with the specifications adopted for such lipe on t he 23rd day of March,
1937.
The mayor and the City Clerk a~e hereby authorized and directed, in th e
name of said city amd under its seal, to enter into a contract with said Calif-
ox~ia Concrete Products Co., Inc. for furnishing said pipe to said City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regalarly introduce d~nd
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San F~ancisco this 5th day of
April, 193V, by the following vote:
