AWARD OF BID CONSTRUCTION OF CLUB HOUSE IN
ORANGE AVENUE PARE.
Whereas the City Council of the City of South San FrancisCo did, in
open session, duly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids sub-
mitted for the construction of a club house on the public park in said City
commonly known as "Orange Avenue Park",
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City Council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids, except that next
hereinafter mentioned, arid hereby awards the contract for the const~ction of
such club house to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: A. Zangrand° & Co.,
at the price set forth in said bid of said A. Zangrando & Co., to-wit, the sum
of Four Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty-five Dollars ($426§.00).
The May or said City and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed, in the name of said City, to enter into a contract with said A .
Zangrando & Ccc for the performance of the work covered in this award.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this Vth day of June, 193~, by the following vote:
