RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATEMENT
OF WEEDS.

WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on
the 10th day of May, 193V, pass its resolution of intention to abate the
nuisance caused by weeds growing upon the streets in said resolution of in-
tention described; and
WHEREAS notices to destroy weeds have been conspicuously posted in
front of all.the property in front of which said weeds are growing, in the
manner and form required by law, and more than five (5) days have elapsed
since the completion of the posting of said notices; and
WHEREAS no person has objected or protested against the proposed
removal of said weeds;
. . RESOLVED.by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the street superintendent of said city be, and he is hereby ordered to
abate said nuisance by having the weeds referred to in said resolution of
intention removede

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of tD~ City of South San Francisco
this Vth day of June, 193V, by the following vote:
